These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of classclaim.net and the services provided by ClassClaim LLC ("ClassClaim," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
ClassClaim is a research and information service. We match your profile to active class action settlements and provide you with a personalized report containing settlement information, estimated payout ranges, deadlines, and filing instructions.
ClassClaim is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are not your attorney. Nothing in our service or reports constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.
For a one-time fee of $1, you receive a personalized PDF report listing class action settlements we believe you may qualify for based on the profile information you provide. Your report includes:
All payout estimates in your report are based on publicly available settlement information and historical data. They are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual payouts depend on the number of claims filed, final court approval, and other factors outside our control. Payouts from class action settlements are made directly by settlement administrators — not by ClassClaim.
We match settlements based on the information you provide. It is your responsibility to verify your eligibility with each settlement administrator before filing. ClassClaim makes no warranty that you will qualify for any specific settlement.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. The fee is $1, charged once at the time of purchase. Because your report is delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from receiving your report, please contact us at hello@classclaim.net within 48 hours and we will make it right.
We work to keep our settlement database current and accurate. However, settlement deadlines, eligibility criteria, and payout amounts can change. Always verify information directly with the settlement administrator before filing. We are not liable for changes in settlement terms that occur after your report is generated.
By using ClassClaim, you agree to:
ClassClaim's liability to you for any claim arising from use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for your report ($1). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed settlement deadlines or declined claims.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ClassClaim after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
